Dear Catholic educators of Saskatchewan,

It is with great hope for the future of Catholic education that I applaud your vision to establish a curriculum-based website that will assist Catholic school teachers and administrators to more fully craft the heart and soul of the Catholic school in the context of a new millennium. To design and deliver relevant curriculum and instruction that addresses the needs of the learner, that is infused with the faith and values of the Gospel, is today's pedagogical challenge. Catholic educators in the United States are equally concerned with these issues, conscious of the many curricular questions that have emerged that must be addressed, such as: What knowledge is of most worth in the Catholic school? How can we simultaneously prepare our students for a technological, information-based, globalized existence through the lens of a Christ-based pedagogy?
