Safe playground managers are students helping students solve
problems on the playground.
- Outline the conflict resolution process
to students.
- Identify interested students. Grade 5 and
6 students seem to be the most reliable candidates.
- Seek parental permission.
- Train students to resolve playground issues.
- Set up schedule for students to go on to
playground with the younger (usually grades K - 3) students
- Monitor program.
