Copying and Pasting in Word 1. Open your word document called "2004." 2. Type in the word moose and press "Enter." 3. Highlight the word moose by positioning the cursor in front of the word and holding the click button down while dragging across the entire word.
4. After the word is highlighted you no longer hold the click button down. 5. Go up and click on "Edit." 6. On the menu tab click on "Copy." 7. Now a copy of the word moose is stored in a hidden clipboard. 8. Click behind the word igloo then click on "Edit" then "Paste". 9. You will see your second moose appear. 10. Click on "Edit" then "Paste" again and you will see the third copy of the word moose. 11. Click on "File" then "Save." Previous Page |
