Site Information

This site was created by Jason Grayston and Mel McCorriston, teachers at L.P. Miller Comprehensive School in the Nipawin School Division. Our work was made possible with funding from the Saskatchewan Educational Technology Consortium through the Web-Based Learning Resource Development initiative, for the school year of 2004-2005. All materials, graphics, photos and the example play The Towers are original works.

The content on this site may be freely used, including download and modification, to suit the needs of the instructor. As such, all documents are available in Rich Text Format and are editable on a wide variety of word processors. Flash presentations and Fireworks graphics are included and are fully modifiable in their .fla and .png formats.

This resource contains the nine modules of the Theatre Arts 20 Curriculum. In the Curriculum Guide, each module identifies a suggested number of instructional hours, foundational objectives, learning objectives, suggested teaching approaches, and student activities. This resource is designed to assist in the delivery of this curriculum. The purpose of this resource is to provide students with interactive materials to assist in understanding an introductory course in Theatre Arts. The purpose of this resource for teachers is to provide specific activities and evaluation plans connected directly to the curriculum modules and specific objectives of each module.
