9.8 Reflecting
We have come to the end of a great journey. It is time to poor over what you have done in a thoughtful manner. It is a time to celebrate success and learn from mistakes. It is this process of reflection which allows us to internalize what we have learned and helps us grow as people so that we may be more successful in future endeavors.
How have past experiences made you better able to handle situations which arose on this job? How will your experiences in this job help prepare you for future situations? What was the most memorable thing that you did? How did it feel to be a part of a team? Were you always on time and doing your best? What role did communication play in your placement? Use the Reflecting Questionnaire to guide you in your ruminations.
Don't forget to thank the people who took you in and helped you gain your new experience. A thank you card goes a long way. Being remembered for the good work and character one shows is a great asset for the your future. Whatever career you choose, know that the process through which you have gone in this module will serve you well in any choice you make for your future. Break a leg!
